SHOP FITTING
One of Allsops most recent customers is currently redesigning all British showrooms for a global car manufacturer. Allsops has worked closely with the customer to develop top quality, cost effective panel work, light fittings and signage. This has been achieved by our design team maximising the use of our cutting edge Salvagnini panel bender. By utilising a standardised panel design we have value engineered and bulk manufactured the products, reducing the need for welding and linishing, keeping costs to a minimum. Our high tech on site powder coating panel facility has enabled us to achieve a top quality finish and our efficient manufacturing processes have enabled us to make on budget and on time deliveries.

MAIL SORTING MACHINERY
Allsops were approached by a customer with a view to working very closely (forging a partnership) to enable the manufacture, assembly and supply of post sorting machinery for use/distribution all over the world.

Allsops and the customer combined stringent quality controls and a strong desire to succeed in producing a top quality product that has galvanised an excellent collaboration, which has just been endorsed by the signing of a three year agreement between the two parties to undertake more work together.

LIGHTING
When the New Product Development Team at one of the UK's leading lighting manufacturers was looking to develop a high-volume, competitively priced, suspended luminaire, tenders were sought for the pivotal sheetmetal component. Allsops were one of the companies approached and placed the challenge in the hands of their product innovations team. Whilst remaining faithful to their brief, Allsops' designers were able to propose a unique solution, minimizing tooling and component costs whilst matching the exacting performance requirements of the part. Utilizing their recently upgraded in-house powder coating facility Allsops were able to provide the complete solution to their client's needs.
