Design - Radan, Autodesk Inventor & Pro Engineer CAD/CAM.
Punching - Including lights out facility to meet deadlines.
Laser - Handling zintec, galvanised, brass, aluminium, mild steel and stainless steel.
Folding - CNC Press Brakes, Motoman Robot, Salvagnini P4.
Welding and Fabrication - TIG and MIG.
Powder Coating - 2 purpose built, fully conveyorised Paint Plants with 3 stage iron phosphate pre-treatment fully automatic or manual.
Assembly - Full assembly and packing facility to enable delivery direct to the end user.
