Cabinet Build

Allsops maufacture cabinets which house transformers and batteries for emergancy lighting in places such as hospitals.  This process is made up of a number of sub-assemblies which are punched, bent and powder coated.

Common issues such as short lead times and limited space are not a problem;  we are able to fully assemble the cabinets here at Allsops.  We can set up a cell to complete the assembly in stages, manufacturing in house jigs, tables and parts stands for components to make the process as slick as possible.  We also operate a KanBan system on the build and have sub assemblies at the ready for a quick turnaround.

Water Industry

Allsops services the water industry by manufacturing products in sheet metal and heavy plate, including ferrous and non ferrous materials. These include filtration and dewatering tanks of all sizes (both platform and ground mounted) which are engineered in our specialised heavy fabrication area to a very high tolerance.

Allsops also produce discharge and storm guards, body fabrications and water elements for the water industry. All of the parts produced here can be chemically cleaned, to avoid the corrosion process.
